if you fail to plan, you plan to fail

One key to knocking stuff off the list is to actually have a list, I suppose.

Right now, the list is so long I can't bear to write it all up.  Sometimes it pays to tackle things in smaller chunks to minimize that holyfuckingcrap feeling, so in that spirit, here's what I want to accomplish this weekend.  We'll see how much of it happens.

home renovations:  We're in the midst of a re-do of a lovely room in our house that we have not used (except for storage) since we bought the house six years ago.  My husband has been working his tail off redoing the ceiling, and this weekend after he finishes the last of the drywall sanding, we're hoping to clean the room of all the dust, and get a couple of coats of paint up on the ceiling.

quilts:  I have a rather embarassing number of projects stacked up (for me, and for other people), and I need to get myself back into the creative groove.  Step one is doing a little bit of work on a project that I'm putting together for myself.

Then there's the rest of life that has to happen too - workouts, grocery shopping, cleaning, and a few hours of actual work.

I'm tired just writing about my weekend.  :)
